Working principle of MTW Milling Machine

The working process of the main machine of MTW milling machine is to drive the central shaft to rotate through the overall transmission device of bevel gear. The grinding roller device not only rotates around the central axis, but also revolves around the grinding ring. There is a shovel tool under the hanger of the grinding roller, which is located at the lower end of the grinding roller. In the process of the same rotation between the shovel and the grinding roller, the material is thrown up and fed into the grinding ring of the grinding roller to form a cushion layer. The material layer is ground up by the centrifugal force (i.e. extrusion pressure) generated by the rotation of the grinding roller.
